The SW-623 is a five-station hydraulic ironworker for punching, flat bar shearing, angle shearing, bar shearing and rectangle notching. A 5 HP motor on 220V three-phase power delivers 62 tons of punching pressure.

The punch handles 1.10 in. holes in 0.59 in. plate through a 7.87 in. throat, the flat bar shear cuts 13.7 x 0.59 in., and the angle station cuts 3.93 x 3.93 x 0.315 in. at 90 degrees. Maximum stroke is 1.968 in. at 28 cycles per minute.

True Vertical Movement

Every station moves in a true vertical stroke, and the stroke length is adjustable for faster cycling on light work.

Seven Punch and Die Sets Included

The machine ships with 7 sets of round punches and dies, plus adapters that fit Cleveland Tool punch and die sets.

What power does the SW-623 need?

220V, 60Hz three-phase power; the manual rates the 5 HP motor at 14A. Use a dedicated circuit protected by a time-delay fuse or breaker rated slightly above full-load current, connected by a certified electrician. The SW-621 is the single-phase version.

What tooling comes with it?

Seven sets of round punches and dies, with adapters that accept Cleveland Tool punch and die sets. Press brake, angle bending, pipe notching and vee-notching tooling are optional.
