The TN-200E is an electric nibbler-style notcher with eight stations that cut fixed 90-degree notches in schedule 40 pipe from 1/4 in. to 2 in. A 2 HP single-phase motor runs on 220V, 60 Hz power.
Maximum wall thickness is 0.133 in. (3.3 mm), and the machine handles carbon steel as well as non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper. It weighs 216 lb. and measures 32.25 x 15 x 14 in. in operation.
Insert, Notch, Rotate
The pipe is inserted to notch one side, then turned 180 degrees and reinserted to finish the 90-degree notch.
Gear-Reduced Drive
The motor drives a gear reducer and eccentric shaft directly, and a 15 A breaker with reset button protects against overload.
