The TN-400X3 is an abrasive belt notcher with three independent belt stations, so three roller sizes can stay set up at once. It notches round tube and pipe up to 3 in. OD and runs on a 4 HP motor from 220V single-phase power.

The notching angle adjusts from 0 to 60 degrees, and each station uses a 4 x 79 in. abrasive belt. A forward and reverse switch changes belt direction for grinding on the back side of a part.

Seven Rollers Included

Seven standard rollers from 1/2 in. to 2-1/2 in. OD come with the machine, along with 36, 60 and 80 grit belts.

Storage in the Stand

The included stand has built-in storage for mandrels and rollers.
