The Baileigh WJ-85CNC is a cantilever-arm CNC water jet with a 60 x 96 in. class working area (98.4 x 59 in. of X and Y travel in the owner's manual). Baileigh lists 460V three-phase service with a 60 amp draw; the owner's manual lists 480VAC, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz, so ask us to confirm the supply voltage before wiring. A 42 HP motor drives the high-pressure direct drive pump.

Rated cutting accuracy is +/-.001 in., and the cold cutting process handles metals, stone, ceramics, plastics and composites. The frame is laser-cut, interlocked and welded steel.

Windows-Based Touchscreen CNC

The operator console reads DXF files, loads programs by USB and comes with BobCAD-CAM Express design software.

Abrasive Auto-Feed and Filtration

An abrasive auto-feed system supplies the cutting head, and a two-stage set of 10 micron and 1 micron filters is fitted.
