We’re Here When You Need Us

This is the compressor you buy when a pancake unit has stopped keeping up. Nine-point-nine CFM at 90 PSI is enough air to run two framing nailers continuously, or a 1/2 in. impact wrench without waiting on the tank — and it does it on a jobsite with no power, because it runs a Honda GX160.

The pump is the part that matters. Cast iron, twin cylinder, oil-lubricated, with a thermally stable cast iron body and valve plate. Oil-lube cast iron is what separates a compressor that lasts a decade from an oil-free unit that gets loud and tired in two seasons — it runs cooler, quieter and rebuildable. It is belt driven rather than direct drive, so the pump turns slower than the engine, which is the other half of why these last.

The wheelbarrow frame is the practical bit: twin horizontal tanks slung either side of a single 10 in. centre-mounted turf-tread wheel, so one person walks it across a slab or a lawn without tearing up the surface. Fully enclosed metal belt guard, ball drain valve for a quick tank blowdown at the end of the day, and a high-flow regulator that does not choke the air on the way out.

Key Features & Benefits

  • 9.9 CFM at 90 PSI – runs two framing nailers continuously, or an impact wrench without waiting
  • Honda GX160 commercial engine – 163cc, the engine every crew already knows how to service
  • Cast iron twin-cylinder oil-lube pump – runs cooler and quieter than oil-free, and can be rebuilt
  • Belt drive – the pump turns slower than the engine; the main reason these outlive direct-drive units
  • 150 PSI max – more stored air in the same tank volume
  • Wheelbarrow frame, 10 in. turf-tread wheel – one person moves it without marking a finished surface
  • High-flow regulator – does not strangle the air on the way to the tool
  • Fully enclosed metal belt guard – not a plastic cover
  • Ball drain valve – quarter turn to blow the tank down at the end of the day
