Edwards HAT004 Portable Hydraulic Power Unit for Edwards Hydraulic Tools, 5 HP, 460V 3-Phase

The Edwards HAT004 is a stand-alone hydraulic power source that runs Edwards hydraulic tools without an ironworker. This version is wired for 460V three phase power and is driven by a 5 HP motor.

Edwards lists the Porta-Power at 5 HP and 3,000 psi, with 7 A full-load current at 460V. It plugs into Edwards shop presses, tube and pipe benders, radius rollers and horizontal presses through quick-connect couplings.

Plug in and power up

Quick-connect couplings make it fast to switch between Edwards hydraulic tools.

Edwards hydraulic power unit questions

What power does the HAT004 need?

460V three phase. The 5 HP motor draws 7 A full-load at 460V (60 Hz). Edwards recommends a dedicated circuit and breaker, and a certified electrician to confirm the supply and do the wiring. The power cord, plug and socket are owner-supplied.

Which tools can it run?

Edwards lists its shop presses, tube/pipe benders, radius rollers, horizontal presses and other Edwards hydraulic tools. Tools are sold separately.

Do I need an Edwards ironworker?

No. This unit is a stand-alone power source. It can also be used alongside an ironworker with the PowerLink system when you run several hydraulic tools.

What is the warranty?

1 year (Edwards); hydraulic components carry their manufacturer's warranty.
