Edwards HAT8030 60 Ton Hydraulic Shop Press with Portable Power Unit, 460V 3-Phase
The Edwards HAT8030 is a complete 60 ton hydraulic shop press package: the press plus an Edwards Portable Power Unit wired for 460V three-phase, so no ironworker is needed to run it. Use it to press bearings, bend metal or straighten parts.
The rolling cylinder has a 12-1/4 in. stroke over a 39-1/4 x 42 in. work table. The press measures 48 x 54 x 86 in., and the package weighs 2,300 lb.
Ready to plug in
The included power unit connects to the press with 20 ft quick-connect hoses, and an electric foot pedal with integrated jog control runs the ram.
Adjustable work table
Table height is set with hydraulic assist, using the lift chains and bracket that come with the press.

What power does the HAT8030 need?
The included Edwards Portable Power Unit on this package is 460V three-phase. Edwards also offers the same package at 230V single-phase (HAT8010) and 230V 3-phase (HAT8020).
Do I need an Edwards ironworker to run it?
No. The press runs from either an Edwards Ironworker with the PowerLink System or a Portable Power Unit, and this package includes the power unit.
Is a PLC version available?
Yes. The HAT8080 is the same 460V three-phase package with a Programmable Logic Control added.
What is the warranty?
1 year (Edwards); hydraulic components carry their manufacturer's warranty.
