A cultipacker is the step most food plots skip and then wonder why germination was patchy. Broadcast seed sitting on loose soil dries out; seed pressed into firm soil takes moisture from the ground around it. This 48-inch GreyWolf packer does that in one pass — it crushes clods, firms the seedbed and leaves dimpled soil that holds rain instead of shedding it.

Twenty-one cast iron packer wheels ride on a solid 1-3/4 in. steel shaft, each wheel carrying integrated crushing knobs that press the dimples. The shaft turns in agricultural-grade greaseable bearings with triple-lip seals — the part that decides whether a packer lasts one season or fifteen, because dirt in an unsealed bearing is what kills them.

It comes with a clevis and pin, so it hooks to an ATV, UTV or garden tractor as it ships. Optional kits convert it to a flip-over wheel transport setup, or to a 3-point hitch for a compact tractor. At 48 inches it is the size that fits a food plot you can actually get equipment into.
