This is the camera you buy when you need to see the line, not film it. The H2 is Hathorn's entry system — same butt-welded steel frame, same military-grade connectors, same self-leveling head as the H7, without the onboard recorder. About $1,700 less for the same picture down the pipe.
This is the 1.43 in. self-leveling head on 200 ft. of push rod — the larger head, wider view and more light, which is what you want in a 4 in. main. The head keeps the image upright however it rolls, so you are reading the pipe instead of tilting your head at the monitor.
Seven-inch shatter-resistant LCD off 18V Milwaukee batteries or a 12V adapter, and six hours per charge — an hour longer than the H7, because it is not writing video. Footage counter on screen in feet and metres with a reset.

H2 or H7?
If you need to hand a client footage of what you found, you need the recorder — that is the H7, 64 GB onboard with one-touch record. If the camera is for your own diagnosis, the H2 does the same job for less.
Which head do I need?
The 1.43 in. head is the general-purpose choice — better picture, more light, best in 3 in. line and up. The 1.23 in. head rides a thinner 0.400 in. rod and gets through tighter turns and smaller lines.
