Shipping and returns
-
ShippingFree shipping on most orders. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is verified, and most arrive within 5–15 business days after that. Larger machines ship by LTL freight with curbside delivery. If freight shows as quoted on this item, we confirm the exact freight cost with you in writing before anything is charged. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
-

Original shipping isn't refundable unless the return is our error or a defect, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Some items can't be returned because of manufacturer restrictions or special-order status.
-
Damaged in transitContact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help with the claim.
-
