Sixteen kilowatts of dual-phase power in a unit you can actually get into the building. A tow-behind of similar output parks at the curb and you pay for it in cable and lost voltage; this one goes to the work.
Dual-phase outlets mean single phase and three phase from the same machine at the same time — a floor grinder and a welder off one generator, no phase converter.
The radial flux alternator gives steadier output with fewer peaks and troughs, and draws about 15% more usable power from the Honda GX690 than a conventional alternator. RCD and RCBO protection is fitted on the outlets.
This is the 480V version. If your equipment runs 240V, take the 16 kW 240V model instead — the voltage is not switchable, so check the plate before ordering.
