The MechMaxx PB10012 is a floor-standing manual pan and box brake with a 100 in. bending length. It bends mild steel up to 12 gauge (2.5 mm) across the full width, from 0 to 135°.
Removable finger dies let you form boxes, pans and channels as well as straight bends. Clamping is set by hand with dual handwheels, and dual counterweights help lift the bending leaf.

Does the PB10012 need power?
No. The PB10012 is a manual brake: you clamp with the handwheels and bend with the operating handles. There is nothing to wire up.
How thick a sheet can it bend?
Up to 12 gauge mild steel across the full 100 in. width. MechMaxx rates that capacity on hot-rolled mild steel with a tensile strength up to 250 MPa.
How is it installed?
MechMaxx says to lift it off the pallet with a forklift or overhead hoist, anchor it to a level concrete floor with anchor bolts, and leave 36 in. (915 mm) of clearance on all sides.
What maintenance does it need?
The manual calls for light oil on the pivot points and handle bearings once a month.
What is the warranty?
MechMaxx covers the PB10012 with a 1-year warranty on the machine and lifetime technical support by phone or email.
