The MechMaxx PB12014 is a floor-standing manual pan and box brake with a 120 in. (10 ft) bending length. It bends mild steel up to 14 gauge across the full width, from 0 to 135°.
Removable finger dies let you form boxes, pans and channels as well as straight bends. Clamping is set by hand with dual handwheels, and dual counterweights help lift the bending leaf.

Pull out individual finger dies to clear the flanges already bent on a box or pan, then refit them for the next part.
Counterweighted Bending Leaf
Dual counterweights balance the bending leaf, so long, heavy-gauge bends take less effort at the operating handles.

MechMaxx PB12014 questions
Does the PB12014 need power?
No. The PB12014 is a manual brake: you clamp with the handwheels and bend with the operating handles. There is nothing to wire up.
How thick a sheet can it bend?
Up to 14 gauge mild steel across the full 120 in. width. MechMaxx rates that capacity on hot-rolled mild steel with a tensile strength up to 250 MPa.
How is it installed?
MechMaxx says to lift it off the pallet with a forklift or overhead hoist, anchor it to a level concrete floor with anchor bolts, and leave 36 in. (915 mm) of clearance on all sides.
What maintenance does it need?
The manual calls for light oil on the pivot points and handle bearings once a month.
What is the warranty?
MechMaxx covers the PB12014 with a 1-year warranty on the machine and lifetime technical support by phone or email.
