The MechMaxx SM-32 is a portable band sawmill powered by a HONDA GX390 389cc 11.7 HP electric-start gas engine. It takes logs up to 32 in. in diameter and cuts boards up to 7 in. thick on a 20 ft track.

Power reaches the 19 in. cast iron bandwheels through a centrifugal clutch and belt. The 4-post head is set with a 23-position height handle, and the throttle and emergency stop sit on the push handle.

The cutting-height handle locks into 23 positions, so you can set a board thickness and repeat it cut after cut.

The throttle sits on the push handle, so you control cutting speed as you walk the head down the track. An emergency stop button is on the handle.
