Powermatic DT65 Single-End Dovetailer, 1 HP, 230V 1Ph
The Powermatic DT65 is a single-end dovetailer that cuts dovetail joints for drawers and casework with a carbide-tipped cutter at 18,500 RPM, driven by a 1 HP 230V single-phase motor.
A four-sided template bar gives four dovetail centerlines (1, 1-1/2, 2 and 2-1/2 inches), and dovetail height adjusts from 3/16 to 3/4 inch. Pneumatically operated aluminum cylinders clamp the stock.
Smooth, Accurate Travel
The headstock travels on pre-lubricated, sealed linear bushings, and an indication template gives a visual record of the hidden tracer pin's progress.
Fine-Tune the Fit
An eccentric spindle with a 1 mm scale fine-tunes joint fit, and adjustable fences position the stock.

Yes. The pneumatic clamps run on shop air; Powermatic recommends 40 PSI for most wood.

At least 500 CFM, with a 4 in. rear port and a 2-1/2 in. front port.
