The Powermatic PM2815FS is a 15-inch floor-standing drill press with a gear-driven spindle and a 3/4 HP 120V motor. Variable speed runs from 250 to 3,000 RPM, shown on a digital readout.
A laser crosshair marks the drilling point, a built-in LED work light lights the table, and the quill travels 5 inches. The cast iron table tilts 90 degrees left and right and rotates 360 degrees.
Gear Drive, Steady Torque
Power is transferred through gears rather than belts, with speed set on a dial and shown on the digital readout.
